The CA Immo portfolio is focused on the relative stable markets of western Europe, and in particular Austria and Germany. Expansion within eastern and southeastern Europe – where returns are great but risks are higher – is managed by CA Immo International. Given the stake held by CA Immo in this subsidiary, CA Immo shareholders are playing a part with the potentials of the east.
